How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?
There are two delivery options to select for M&S Outlet purchases, ‘Standard Delivery’ & ‘Expedited delivery‘

Do Outlet stores offer ordering & collection?
All M&S Outlet orders are managed by Amazon; we do not accept orders by phone or for collection in our Outlet stores either. How to order?

Do you deliver to my area?
Amazon standard delivery applies to most UK Mainland addresses excluding BFPO, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Outer Hebrides.
Express Delivery applies only to UK addresses but is not available for portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses. If the item isn't eligible for Expedited Delivery for the address you have entered, you won't see that option while placing your order. Do you deliver to my country?
We do not currently offer International Delivery via Amazon. For further information on order fulfilment by Amazon, please see Delivery
How can I return items?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the product.
As Amazon fulfils all M&S Outlet orders, only they are able to process refunds and returns. M&S are unable to process any returns directly or offer returns or refunds in our M&S Outlet or M&S stores for Outlet items bought online.
To return an item, you firstly need to print off a returns form which can be found by signing into “Your Account”. Once in your account, select ‘Return An Item’ from the menu. Enter your order number and, once you have completed the necessary steps, print out the returns form complete with the barcode. The top portion of the form should be put inside the parcel and the bottom portion should be attached to the box to clearly show the return address.
Please allow 21 days for the refund to be fully processed. If your return is due to an Amazon error, Amazon will pay the cost of return delivery as part of your refund. Learn more about Amazon's Return Policy

Can I return to an M&S store?
As Amazon fulfil all M&S Outlet orders, we cannot offer returns and refunds in our M&S Outlet and M&S stores, only Amazon are able to process refunds and returns. Learn more about Amazons Return Policy

Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges, however you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To return an item, visit Your Account at the top of the page.

How do I find out more information about what I ordered?
To find out more information about your order, simply log in to 'Your Account' and select Open orders or Orders within the last 6 months. Detail will be shown there of each order that you placed.
How do I order?
All M&S Outlet orders are fulfilled by Amazon so to order you can login with your existing Amazon account or create a new one. You will not be able to login with your main M&S account details. Full order details

Which payment methods does Amazon accept?
Amazon accept the following payment types:
Credit card: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express credit cards.
Debit card: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Eurocard and American Express debit cards: UK-based only Maestro and Solo cards.
Pre-paid payment cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express pre-paid cards.
Please note Amazon do not accept the following:
- Cheques or postal orders
- Eurocheques
- Cash in any currency
- Book tokens
- Purchase orders
- International wire transfers
- Direct debit
- PayPal
- Amazon.co.uk Gift vouchers
- M&S Budget Card
- M&S Chargecard
- M&S gift vouchers online.
- M&S money loyalty points will also not be available to add to your order.
- Some M&S offer coupons cannot be accepted online. Please check the details on the voucher to see how it can be used.
