Please note: We will only pay the cost of the return delivery if items are damaged, faulty or defective, and we cannot offer returns and refunds in our M&S Outlet and M&S stores.

Items may be returned, at the customer's cost (apart from damaged, faulty or defective items), within 35 days of delivery. Refunds will only be given in accordance with your legal rights for earrings and bra accessories.

We will provide your refund within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned parcel.

How Do I Return Item(s):

To return an item, please use the returns label address provided on the parcel slip and attach securely to the parcel and return it to us. Please obtain a receipt from your chosen method/carrier as proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post or posted without the right postal amount.

Items should be sent to M&S Outlets, Unit 4, Old Parkbury Lane, Colney Street, St. Albans, AL2 2DZ.

Can I return to an M&S Outlet store?

No - we cannot offer returns and refunds in our M&S Outlet and M&S stores.
